ADDITIONAL CLASSES

SWEAT: Saturday's at 8:00AM and 9:00AM.

This is an additional class we offer that varies from our normal classes. This class is 40-minute cardio-and core-intensive workouts that doesn’t require any prior experience. This class focuses on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, and bodyweight movements. 

A$$ & ABS: Sunday’s at 10:00 AM

This is our newest, female-only class added to our schedule. Taught by Coach Bella (#glutegoddess), this class combines lower body movements with ab shredding exercises. This class is sure to set your legs and core on fire while building your glutes!

On-Ramp: Reach out to ForceField Athletics to schedule

This is an optional program (included in your membership) for anyone who is looking for a little more guidance on general movements. Our On-Ramp session is set up to flow just like our classes do. Each session starts off with a general warm up, like 2 minutes on a bike or a short run to get the heart pumping. Then there is a specific warm up that involves more moving and stretching. Next, you will learn the skills for the day. This portion makes up a bulk of the hour. After you feel confident in the new movements we cap the session off with a little workout. On-Ramp is designed to prepare you for our daily classes so that you understand the movements and terminology so that you feel more comfortable in class.

Free trial class: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:15PM.

• Meet our coaches and get familiar with our workout environment

• Learn how we can modify all of our workouts to any fitness level
